Course overview

Fairness and inclusion aren’t about policies on a shelf — they’re about the everyday decisions managers make.

This module helps managers understand why inclusion matters, what the law expects, and how inclusive leadership shows up in daily practice. You’ll explore the business, human, and legal reasons fairness and inclusion are essential — then move into the small, repeatable habits that make inclusion real in meetings, decisions, feedback, and opportunities.

Rather than focusing on “saying the right thing,” this module concentrates on how decisions are made — who gets heard, who gets opportunities, and how managers can avoid bias and discrimination without walking on eggshells.
